It can be an overwhelming experience to have a dog in your house for the first time. It needs care and attention, but it does also have to learn to behave. So training is an important part of your dogs life.
When a professional dog trainer trains the dogs, it looks very simple; but it is not. So you will probably experience that even the simplest training methods is difficult. But when it looks darkest, you must remember that most dogs want to please their owners. So the more time you spend training your dog, the more it will love you; and obey you.
The best time to start training your dog is between the age of 3 and 16 weeks. Here the bond between it and you will take hold. So if you earn its respect as the master, the training will be easier in the future.
The pillar of good dog training is commands. But even though it looks simple, when the professional dog trainer is doing it, you might find it difficult. And the dog will probably not obey you.
The secret is in the tone of the voice. Professional dog trainers do not posses special animal talking skills; they are just experienced in dog behavior and know how voice can get the dog to do, what they want. And you can learn the same by practicing.
You must have a firm (but non-threatening) tone of voice to show who is the dominating part of you two. If you do not establish that, you will not be able to train your dog. And it will only fear you, if you threats or yells.
Instead you should praise your dog, when it is doing something right. A positive attitude is the most effective thing in dog training. A dog is able to distinguish between right and wrong; but it is not capable to understand the difference without the proper feedback from the trainer.
So by using the tone of your voice to show it, when it has done something right or wrong, you can learn it to distinguish between what is good behavior; and what is not. Again remember that the dog will try to please the owner, the dog will learn to everything it can to follow your instructions.
When you master the tone of the voice, you can start to search for more complicated training methods to take the training even further.
And a final issue; the temperament and intelligence are different for all dogs. So when a method might work on one dog, it might not on another. So learn which methods that works with your dog; and stick to them.

Why the heck is my dog barking so much; do you feel as though your dog is barking for no apparent reason. Well you need to understand that just like children they are trying to tell you something and it is up to you to find out what they want. We wanted to write this article in hopes of being able to share five reasons of why Fido may be barking and what you need to do.
They Are Bored: We know that as people we stay busy without out daily career and activities that we do not get bored with our lives very often. However while you are busy with your daily activities they are sitting at home bored waiting on you. If they are barking then they may be trying to tell you that they want to go for a walk to get over their boredom.
They Can Not Reach Something: One of the things that my dog does is bark when they are playing with a toy and it rolls somewhere they can not reach. The only way to get the dog to be quiet is to stoop down and get the toy for her and that will be the best way to get her to be quiet.
Out Of Water: It could be something as simple as having run out of water. We stay busy sometimes too busy that we do not notice the water bowl that is empty; so your best friend is just giving you a friendly reminder.
Strangers: Many breeds of dogs will begin to bark when a stranger comes near your home. We all know that dogs are territorial and will bark if someone enters their territory.
Whenever you hear a dog bark it is because they are trying to tell you something. The only way that you will be able to get them to be quiet is to figure out what they need. Of course it can be frustrating to hear them bark continuously however once you figure it out they will stop. You have to remember that this is the only way that they know how to communicate.
If you are tired of your dog barking too much and you want to learn how to better train your dog; then feel free to visit the website below for valuable information on how to train your dog using humane methods; that will make both of you happier. You will never again have to say help my dog barks too much, because you will better be able to understand what it is they want.

One important part of dog training is to teach him to eat properly. The dog must be taught to eat anywhere, be it outdoors or indoors. He should not cause any trouble when you take him out.
An important part of dog training is to train him to use the crate. Then you can carry the crate anywhere. The puppy should be trained to sit in the crate. As far as potty training is concerned, you should buy a flexi leash and train the dog to go potty there.
The dog should be trained to stay quiet when you are driving the vehicle. He should sit quietly. You can then reward him by giving him his favorite thing to eat. So he will follow your order every time and not make a lot of noise when you are driving.
You can use the dog training session to establish a good and respectful relationship with your dog. If the dog is trained well, you will be confident of controlling him in any situation.
You should never beat or kick your puppy. This will have a bad effect on him and he will not accept your orders. You can warn the dog by saying “No”. Also teach him to use the toilet every time and clean the spot where he urinates sometimes.
Dogs often chew furniture and other things. You can stop them from doing so by giving them nice chewing toys that they can chew. This will also prevent them from getting bored and you will be able to remove their habit of chewing furniture.
Foul tasting but non toxic substances are available at various store. These can be painted onto objects so that the dog does not chew them. It is also possible to use the Aversion therapy with much success.
Obedience training has to be done carefully. Do not use complex commands that will only confuse your dog. The training sessions must not be very long and boring. You should also not use force on your puppy.
